Noreen Zaman, MHA, BSN, RN, CCM, CLNC ® is a Certified Legal Nurse Consultant® with 22 years of nursing experience. Since 2003, Noreen has held a wide variety of nursing positions within several healthcare institutions. She has years of clinical and administrative experience in several nursing specialties including medical-surgical care, postsurgical care, orthopedics, oncology, hospice, geriatrics, stroke care, pain management, acute rehabilitation, outpatient triage, multiple electronic medical record superuser, acute inpatient & field case management, medical record review management, worker’s compensation & independent medical exams (IME).

I’m Noreen Zaman, MHA, BSN, RN, CCM, CLNC®, a Certified Legal Nurse Consultant® with more than 22 years of nursing and administrative experience. My background spans clinical care, healthcare administration, case management, and legal consulting—giving me the expertise to bridge the gap between medicine and the law.
I help attorneys and law firms understand the medical aspects of complex cases, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and cost-effective support. Whether reviewing medical records, analyzing case details, or providing expert insight, I bring both clinical knowledge and administrative expertise to every project.
Noreen Zaman, MHA, BSN, RN, CCM, CLNC®, is the owner and lead nurse consultant of Zaman Legal Nurse Consultant and Associates, LLC. With over 22 years of diverse nursing experience, she has served in a variety of clinical and administrative roles across multiple healthcare settings.
Her years of clinical expertise spans numerous specialties, including medical-surgical care, workers’ compensation, orthopedics, stroke care, pain management, acute rehabilitation, oncology, geriatrics & independent medical exams (IME). Noreen also brings extensive experience in electronic medical record systems, inpatient and field case management, medical record review, and outpatient triage.
Noreen holds a Master’s in Healthcare Administration and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing. She is a Certified Case Manager (CCM®) and a Certified Legal Nurse Consultant (CLNC®). Currently, she is pursuing her Doctorate in Nursing Practice at Temple University.
